// VERIFIED SUMMARY

As of 25 July 2026, the official Thailand Privilege Card site lists five visa-membership packages: Bronze at THB 650,000 for 5 years, Gold at THB 900,000 for 5 years, Platinum at THB 1,500,000 for 10 years, Diamond at THB 2,500,000 for 15 years, and invitation-only Reserve at THB 5,000,000 for 20 years. Package approval, visa issuance and admission are still decisions by the responsible Thai authorities.

What Thailand Privilege is

Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited operates a paid membership programme connected to long-stay visa privileges. It was formerly marketed as Thailand Elite. The membership contract, the immigration permission and the current service manual are related but not interchangeable: buying a membership application does not itself guarantee acceptance, a visa or entry.

The official package list was re-checked on 25 July 2026 on the Thailand Privilege Card website. The published special-entry basis can also be traced to the relevant Royal Gazette notice. No later official package-price change was found in this session.

Date and source: every figure in this table was verified 25 July 2026 against the operator's official home page. Benefits, point-redemption values, family terms, transfer rules and promotional availability can change separately from the headline fee and validity.

What the published validity means

The figures above describe membership validity. The immigration document and each permission-to-stay stamp must still be checked separately. The earlier page repeatedly called every package a simple 5-to-20-year visa and implied there was no continuing immigration administration. That wording was removed because it blurred membership length, visa validity, entry permission and reporting duties.

Members remain subject to Thai immigration law, including the conditions on their current stamp, accommodation reporting where applicable, and 90-day address reporting when they remain in Thailand long enough to trigger it. Thailand Privilege may offer assistance with filings, but assistance is not a legal waiver.

Application sequence

  1. The applicant selects a current package and applies directly or through an authorised channel.
  2. Thailand Privilege and the competent Thai authorities conduct eligibility and background review.
  3. If approval is issued, the operator provides the payment and membership instructions.
  4. Visa affixation or activation follows the route specified by Thailand Privilege for the applicant's location and status.
  5. On every entry and extension interaction, the passport's actual visa and permission-to-stay dates remain controlling.
// PROCESSING TIME NOT VERIFIED

The official site currently carries a notice titled “Delay in Background Check Processing,” but the public page did not expose a reliable numerical service time during this review. The previous 4-to-8-week claim was therefore removed on 25 July 2026. Only a current written estimate from Thailand Privilege can describe the specific application, and it is not a guarantee.

Work and study

Thailand Privilege's own 2026 material says the visa membership grants long-stay status only and does not permit work or study under the membership. Separate activity may require a different immigration category, work permission or education status. This page does not suggest a workaround or treat concierge assistance as work authorisation.

90-day reporting and stay-extension services

Thailand Privilege publishes periodic member notices for 90-day reporting and maintains service information for stay extensions. The existence of that assistance does not remove the underlying obligation. As of 25 July 2026, the current member notice for the relevant month and location controls because submission windows and hand-in arrangements can change.

No universal Jomtien walk-in process was published on the operator pages checked in this review. The Member Contact Center's current written instructions determine whether a Pattaya member's passport service is handled locally, in Bangkok or directly with Immigration.

Family, upgrades and transfers

These terms vary by package, promotion and legacy contract. The official site has published 2026 changes to transfer-fee rates for certain discontinued legacy memberships, effective 15 June 2026. That is a dated event for those contracts, not a change to the headline prices in the table above. This page does not apply a legacy transfer fee to a new package.

The previous page claimed a universal THB 700,000 family add-on, fixed family limits and free included relatives on higher tiers. Those claims were not supported by the current operator package page and were removed on 25 July 2026. A usable family or upgrade quote identifies the package, core member, proposed additional member and contract version.

Fees, refunds and benefits

The headline membership fees are official as of 25 July 2026. Other charges, tax treatment, refund rights, transferability and benefit reservations are governed by the applicable agreement and current E-Privilege manual. Because those documents can change, this guide does not paraphrase them into a universal refund promise or a fixed list of airport, banking or medical services.

Thailand Privilege is the official source for the current contract. A sales agent's description does not override the signed terms or an Immigration decision.

Comparing it with other categories

Thailand Privilege is structurally different from Non-O retirement, marriage-based extensions, DTV and LTR. Those routes have their own eligibility tests and government fees. A comparison is useful only when every figure has the same verification date and the applicant actually meets the other route's criteria. See Privilege vs LTR and DTV vs Privilege for separate rule sets.

Is Reserve open to everyone?

No. As verified 25 July 2026, the operator labels Reserve “by invitation only.”

Does membership remove 90-day reporting?

No. The reporting obligation still exists when it applies. The operator may assist members under its current service instructions.

Can a member work?

The operator's 2026 material says the membership grants long-stay status only and does not permit work or study under the membership.

How long does approval take?

No reliable current numerical service time was available on the official public page checked 25 July 2026; the operator was displaying a background-check delay notice. The case-specific estimate must come from Thailand Privilege.
